Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: your name, email, and password (stored as a hash, never in plain text).
• Player info: name, date of birth, gender (optional), shirt size, emergency contact, and any medical notes you choose to add.
• Guardian/parent info: name, email, and phone number.
• Registration and payment records: which league/program/season a player is registered for, fees, and payment status.
• Payment details: card payments are processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How it's used

Your information is used to operate registration, team rosters, scheduling, and fee collection for the leagues and programs you sign up with, and to communicate with you about your registrations (e.g. payment reminders).

Who can see your data

• Admins and coaches of the specific league(s) or program(s) you or your player are registered with — never leagues you have no connection to.
• Small Ball's platform administrators, who can access account and league data across the platform for support, troubleshooting, and operating the service. This access isn't limited to leagues they personally run.
• Stripe, for processing online payments, and our hosting/database providers, who store the data on our behalf.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside of what's described here.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account or a related registration exists. To request deletion or correction of your data, email us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

Small Ball is in active beta, so this policy may change as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when it does.
